Herbed Mushroom Quiche Appetizer 10 eggs 2 cups of cottage cheese 1/2 cup of flour 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt 1 pound of Swiss cheese, grated One 8 ounce can of sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup of butter, melted 1 tablespoon of mixed spices-herbs (oregano, parsley, garlic salt, salt and pepper) Preheat oven to 400ºF.  In large bowl, beat eggs, cottage cheese, flour, baking powder and seasoned salt. Stir in cheese, mushrooms, butter and herbs-spices. Pour into 13 x 9 x 2 inch glass baking dish. Bake uncovered 15 minutes at 400ºF.  Reduce heat to 350ºF.  and continue baking for 35-40 minutes.
