
| Mushroom Broccoli Quiche
3 eggs 1 1/2 cup of milk 1 1/2 cup of shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli (partially cooked and drained) 1 small box of mushrooms, sautéed |

Beat eggs well in medium bowl and add milk and cheese. Fold in the broccoli and mushrooms. Pour mixture into a partially baked 9 inch pie crust and bake in 325ºF. oven for 50 minutes. (Can also substitute frozen spinach for broccoli.) Back to Quiche recipes |
