| Pizza Quiche 1 Pastry for single crust 9 inch pie 3/4 pound of hot Italian style pizza sausage 3 eggs 1 3/4 cups of hot milk 2 cups (8 ounces) of shredded Monterey Jack Cheese 1/4 cup of finely chopped canned green chilies
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a 9 inch pie plate with pastry. Crumble sausage, removing from casing, if necessary. In skillet, cook sausage until browned, breaking up with a fork, drain well. Beat eggs and stir in milk, sausage, cheese, and chilies. Turn into pastry shell. Bake at 400ºF. for 25 to 30 minutes or until a knife inserted off center comes out clean.
