Ham Quiche 3

5 Eggs, beaten
2 cups of Half and half
2 cups of Cheddar or Colby cheese;
1 cup of cooked ham, cubed
1/4 cup of green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup of pimiento, chopped
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg; oregano, or fennel
one 10-inch prepared pastry




Beat eggs; add half and half. Add remainder ingredients and pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350ºF.  for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted just off center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
