Sweet Onion Quiche

1 Pie crust, unbaked
1/4 cup of evaporated milk
3/4 cup of onions, chopped
3 Eggs
1/2 cup of ham, diced
1/2 cup of sour cream
3 tablespoons of butter
1/2 cup of crumbled bacon
1-1/2 cup of mild American cheese, grated
1 cup of Swiss cheese, grated
1 cup of caraway seed cheese, grated



Melt butter in skillet; sauté onions and ham until done. Place in bottom of  unbaked pie crust. Mix cheese, milk, eggs, and sour cream and pour over onion and ham mixture. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes; garnish with crumbled bacon.
