
| Basic Quiche
1 Deep dish frozen pie crust 1/3 cup of ham, bacon, or fish, (sautéed) 4 Eggs 1/2 cup of half & Half 1/2 cup of grated cheese Salt and pepper to taste |

Pre-bake the pie crust until golden brown. Layer the meat on the bottom of the crust after it is browned. In a blender mix the eggs, cheese, 1/2 and 1/2 and seasoning.
