
| Quick And Easy Quiche
1 cup of Egg Substitute 1 cup of water 1/2 cup of lowfat Buttermilk Baking 1/2 cup of nonfat Dry Milk 1/2 cup of plain Nonfat Yogurt 2 tablespoons of grated Fresh Parmesan Cheese 1/2 teaspoon of dry Mustard 1/4 teaspoon of hot Sauce 1 cup of lowfat Cheddar Cheese; 3/4 cup of lean Ham, diced 1/2 cup of chopped Green Onions Vegetable Cooking Spray Cherry Tomatoes, optional Green Onion Slices |

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Place first 8 ingredients in a food processor, and process 1 minute or until smooth. Combine egg substitute mixture, cheddar cheese, ham, and green onions in a medium bowl; stir well. Pour mixture into 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350ºF. for 40 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with green onion slices and cherry tomatoes, if desired.
