Cheeseburger Quiche

1 unbaked pie shell
1 pound of ground beef
1/3 cup of onion, chopped
1/2 cup of milk
4 Eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups of Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 teaspoon of oregano
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

Brown the beef and onion together. Drain and set aside. Mix all other ingredients together, then add beef mixture. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350ºF.   NOTE: You can use a pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray instead of a pie crust.
