 Broccoli and Cheese Quiche

 

 Broccoli and Cheese Quiche

4 Boneless chicken breasts
1 Bag broccoli; (12 oz.)
1 can of Mushroom soup
3 cups of shredded sharp Cheddar
1 cup of Shredded Mozzarella cheese;
5 Eggs; (5 to 6)

Cook chicken breasts until almost done. If you are using the microwave, it will take about 13 minutes. Cut up in pieces. Cook broccoli until almost done. Drain to get rid of excess water. Mix mushroom soup, cheeses, eggs, chicken and broccoli. Pour into pie crusts. Bake at 350ºF. for about 40 minutes. For best results, let quiche set overnight in refrigerator and reheat the next day either in the microwave or stove.
