| Salmon Quiche

1 cup of heavy cream 2 Eggs one 7 1/2 ounce can of flaked & drained salmon 2 tablespoons of minced onion 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of white pepper 1 Prepared 9" pie shell
Beat together cream & eggs; add salmon, onion, lemon juice, salt & pepper. Pour into shell. Bake at 375ºF. oven for 30-35 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let stand few minutes. Back to Quiche recipes |
