
| Spinach & Cheese Quiche Balls
Two 10 ounce packages of frozen spinach, cooked & drained well 4 beaten eggs 3/4 cup of melted butter 2 cups of Pepperidge Farm herbal stuffing mix 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 1 small onion, chopped fine 1/2 teaspoon of thyme Dash of garlic salt |

Mix all ingredients well. Put in refrigerator for several hours. Roll mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place on un-greased baking sheet. Bake at 350ºF. for 15 minutes. Back to Quiche Recipes |
