| | Tomato Cheese Quiche
1 large onion, chopped 3 slices of bacon, diced One 16 ounce can of well-drained tomatoes, cut up & drained again 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 cup of biscuit mix 1 cup of milk 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of crushed basil 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
Sauté onion and bacon. Drain. Spread in greased 9-inch pie plate with tomatoes and cheese. In bowl, beat remaining ingredients with beater or whisk until smooth. Pour into pie plate. Bake in preheated 375ºF. oven for 30-35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Back to Quiche recipes |
