One Dish Meal 1 pound of ground beef 1/2 cup of diced onions 1/2 cup of diced green peppers 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil 2 cups of macaroni, cooked 1/2 teaspoon of salt a dash of pepper 1 pint of tomato juice |

Brown beef, onions and green peppers in oil. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well. Simmer for 20 minutes.
