Cut the meat into 1 inch pieces. Brown in hot fat. Remove from skillet. Add gravy and water to skillet and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in the remaining ingredients except the noodles/ Return meat to skillet and simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Stir occasionally. Remove bay leaf. Serve over hot buttered noodles. Serves 6 |
