Easy Strawberry Shortcake 2

1 angel food cake
1 small container Cool Whip
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of almond extract
2 cups of strawberries

Cut cake in half to make layer. Place bottom on plate. Add almond extract to Cool Whip. Stir. Ice the top of cake generously. Place sliced berry around Cool Whip. Add top of cake. Ice and add berries to top and sides of cake. Serve immediately. 

Easy Strawberry Shortcake 2a

1 package of  baked dessert cups
1 pint of  strawberries with syrup
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Place dessert cups on 6 serving plates. Top with strawberries and Cool Whip. Delicious.
