| Cranberry Strawberry Shortcake
1 cup of Ocean Spray whole berry cranberry sauce
1 package (10 oz.) of frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed
1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
4-6 shortcakes
Whipped cream
In a bowl, break up cranberry sauce with a fork, stir in strawberries and lemon juice. Spoon sauce over shortcakes. Top with whipped cream. Makes 4-6 servings. |
