Sourdough Biscuits 7

1 package of dry yeast (dissolved in 1 cup water warm)
3/4 cup of oil
1 tablespoon of salt
6 cups of flour
2 cups of buttermilk
1/4 cup of sugar
4 teaspoons of baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of soda

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Combine all ingredients into 6 cups flour. Mix well. Let rest 10 minutes (more flour may be added as you knead dough). Place dough into covered bowl in refrigerator; it keeps for days. Just pinch off what you want to bake at one time. Place in greased pan. Bake as biscuits. No need to let rise again before baking. Bake at 375ºF. for 15 to 18 minutes.
