Sourdough Whole Wheat Biscuits
2 cups of whole wheat flour 2 teaspoons of baking powder 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/2 cup of butter 2 cups of sourdough starter |

Sift dry ingredients into a bowl. Cut in the butter. Work in the starter until well blended. Turn out onto floured surface and knead gently for 2 minutes. Pat dough to thickness of about 1 inch. Cut into rounds with biscuit cutter; place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 425ºF. for 10 minutes. Back to Sourdough Recipes |
