Artichoke Cheese Soufflé
1 can water packed, quartered, artichoke hearts, diced fine 2 cups of Mozzarella cheese, grated fine 1 cup of mayonnaise 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese Garlic salt to taste
Stir all ingredients together; mix well after each addition. Bake in a greased 8 or 9 inch round or square baking dish. Bake at 350ºF. for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers |
