Molded Soufflé Salad

1 cup of macaroni, uncooked
1 package of lime Jell-O
1 1/2 cup of hot water
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Dash of pepper
1 cup of shredded raw carrots
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
One 7 ounce can of tuna fish, drained


Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain well and set aside. In a large bowl dissolve lime Jell-O in hot water. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Quick chill lime mixture in freezing compartment of refrigerator until firm near edge of bowl but soft in the center. Remove from freezing compartment; whip with rotary beater until fluffy. Fold in cooled macaroni, vegetables and tuna fish. Pour into 1 1/2 quart mold. Chill. Unmold and garnish with salad greens. 4 to 6 servings.
