1/3 - 1/4 loaf of dry bread, crumbled
1 small onion, chopped
2 eggs
2 teaspoons of sage
1 teaspoon of celery seed
pepper to taste
a small amount of water Place the steak in a large, flat baking dish; salt lightly. Combine the remaining ingredients; add water to moisten well. Spread dressing over steak. Bake at 300ºF. for 2 hours. Makes 6 servings |
