1/2 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of cooking sherry
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon of curry powder
1 clove garlic, minced
Sirloin Steak Combine all ingredients except steak; add steak. Marinate steak in sauce for 2 hours. Broil 3 inches from heat to desired doneness. Makes 4 servings |
