Teriyaki Steak

1/3 cup of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon of ginger
1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
3 pounds of steak

Wipe with a clean damp cloth. 3 pounds of steak, cut at least 1 inch thick. Place steak in a dish. Pour the marinade over the meat. Marinate for 30 minutes, turning the meat once. Broil until degree of doneness desired.
