Combine the crumbs, stock, salt, pepper, onion and celery; place on steak. Roll up; secure with skewers. Place meat in baking dish; add turnip, carrot, potato, and water. Cover and bake at 350ºF. for 3 hours. About 10 minutes before servings, pour mushroom soup over all. Makes 4 servings |
