Stuffed Steak

1 cup of bread crumbs
1/2 cup of meat stock or water
1 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of chopped onion
3/4 cup of finely chopped celery
2 pounds of round steak, 3/4 inch thick
1 turnip, diced
1 carrot, diced
1 potato, diced
2 cups of water
1 small can of mushroom soup

Combine the crumbs, stock, salt, pepper, onion and celery; place on steak. Roll up; secure with skewers. Place meat in baking dish; add turnip, carrot, potato, and water. Cover and bake at 350ºF. for 3 hours. About 10 minutes before servings, pour mushroom soup over all. Makes 4 servings
