Rolled Steak Skillet Supper
1 onion, finely cut 1 green pepper, finely cut 1 clove garlic, minced 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine one 7 ounce can of tomato paste 30 saltine crackers, crumbled 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 4 cubed steaks 3/4 cup of beef bouillon |

Sauté onion, green pepper and garlic in butter. Combine half of tomato paste with cracker crumbs, salt and pepper, add to onion mixture. Spoon mixture onto steaks, roll each, fasten with toothpicks, brown in butter. Blend the remaining tomato paste with beef bouillon. Pour over steaks, cover skillet. Simmer gently 40 - 50 minutes, remove toothpicks before serving. Serves 4
