Skewered Steak Strips

2 pounds of top round steak, 1 1/2 inches thick, cut
1 cup of Blue cheese dressing
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
12 medium mushrooms
12 cherry tomatoes
 


Place the steak in a plastic bag. Combine dressing and lemon juice and pour over steak, mixing to coat. Tie bag and refrigerate overnight. Drain marinade and reserve. Alternately thread beef strips, weaving back and forth, with mushrooms and tomatoes on four 12 or 15 inch skewers. Grill or broil to desired degree of doneness, placing skewers 3 - 4 inches from heat. Brush with marinade while cooking.
