Irish Shortbread

 

Irish Shortbread

8 ounces of butter
4 ounces  of  Caster sugar
8 ounces of plain flour
2 ounces of corn flour 

Cream butter and sugar. Add flour and corn flour. Cut into squares or into rounds and bake in a slow oven until done.
