Irish Bread
1/4 pound of butter 1/2 cup of sugar 2 eggs 2 1/2 cups of flour 2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1 cup of milk 1 cup of raisins |
Instructions:
Cream butter and sugar. Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and add to butter mixture alternately with milk. Add raisins. Pour into 8" X 8" pan. Bake at 350ºF. for one hour. Servings: 1 Irish Cookbooks Ireland Posters & Art Prints | |
