St. Patrick's Day Cake 1
1 package of white cake mix 4 eggs 1 cup of vegetable oil 1 cup of 7-Up One 3 3/4 oz. package of pistachio instant pudding mix
Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat for 4 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake in 350ºF. oven 30 to 35 minutes, cool. |
Instructions:
FROSTING: One 3 3/4 ounce package of pistachio instant pudding mix 1 1/2 cup of milk One 8 ounce carton Cool Whip
Combine pudding mix and milk. Beat for 2 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cake. Chill until served. St. Patrick's Day Cake 2
1 Duncan Hines white cake mix 3 eggs 2/3 cup of oil 2/3 cup of water 1 small package of lime Jell-O 1/3 cup of pecans
Mix together all ingredients. Grease and sugar a bundt pan. Bake at 350ºF. for 40 minutes. 2/3 c. sugar Bring to boil and pour over cake. SUBSTITUTE: Raspberry Jell-O for a red cake, use 1/2 cup water and vanilla instead of orange juice. Irish Cookbooks Ireland Posters & Art Prints | |
