2 eggs 1 tablespoon of cream or milk 1 teaspoon of dried parsley flakes 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon of allspice 8 trout, cleaned 8 or 16 strips of grilled bacon
Beat together the first 5 ingredients to blend. Coat fish inside and out with mixture. Put 1 or 2 strips of bacon in each trout and place in greased wire broil basket or on greased hot grill. Cook over hot coals for 20 minutes or until fish flakes with fork, turn once. Serve with lemon wedges. Makes 8 servings.
