4 medium Green peppers, washed and cored FILLING 1 pound of Lean hamburger, uncooked 1/2 cup of Quick cooking rice, uncooked 1 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 1/8 teaspoon of garlic 1 Egg slightly beaten 1 cup of canned tomatoes 1/2 cup of chopped onions
Take 4 medium green peppers, washed and cored (do not cut through the bottom) Mix together filling. Fill peppers with above mixture and put into microwave baking dish.
