| Wild Rice - Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes

2 cups of cooked wild rice one 12 1/2 ounce can of tuna, drained 1/2 cup of chopped celery 1/2 cup of diced onions 6 - 8 large ripe tomatoes |

Combine rice, tuna, onion, and celery in a bowl with enough mayonnaise to hold ingredients loosely together. Season to taste and chill. Prepare tomatoes by turning stem end down, cut down, but not quite through, making a total of 6 wedges. Spoon stuffing into tomatoes. Garnish and serve.
