Wild Rice - Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes

Wild Rice - Tuna Stuffed Tomatoes

Categories: Tomato, Rice, Tuna, Onion, Celery, Stuffed, Vegetables

2 cups of cooked wild rice
one 12 1/2 ounce can of  tuna, drained
1/2 cup of chopped celery
1/2 cup of diced onions
6  - 8 large ripe tomatoes

Combine rice, tuna, onion, and celery in a bowl with enough mayonnaise to hold ingredients loosely together. Season to taste and chill. Prepare tomatoes by turning stem end down, cut down, but not quite through, making a total of 6 wedges. Spoon stuffing into tomatoes. Garnish and serve. Serves 6-8
