2 pounds of cubed pork 3 tablespoons of soy sauce 1/4 cup of vinegar 1 small onion; sliced 2 tomatoes, cut in slices 2 tablespoons of cornstarch 1/4 teaspoon of ginger 1/4 cup of brown sugar 2 Green peppers; cut in strips
