Sweet n Sour Baked Chicken

2 pounds of chicken; cut up in pieces
1 pouch of Lipton Onion Soup
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of tomato sauce
1/4 cup of water
1/4 cup of vinegar
1 cup of crushed pineapple, undrained

In a 12 x 8-inch baking pan, arrange chicken. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 minutes, drain. In a small saucepan, combine soup mix, brown sugar, tomato sauce, water, vinegar and pineapple. Simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is slightly thickened. Pour sauce over chicken and bake, basting occasionally, for 30 minutes or until chicken is tender.
