Zesty Shrimp - Valentines Day

 

Zesty Shrimp - Valentines Day

1 pound of jumbo shrimp
1/4 cup of dry white wine
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
l2 tablespoons of lemon juice
2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons of dried oregano
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon of pepper 




Instructions:

Peel and devein shrimp. In bowl, combine wine, oil, lemon juice, oyster sauce, garlic, oregano, mustard and pepper. Add shrimp. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup of  marinade. In skillet, heat reserved marinade over medium-high heat; cook shrimp, stirring for 4 minutes or until pink.
