Sauerkraut Salad one 8 ounce can of sauerkraut, rinsed and well drained 1/4 cup of chopped green pepper 1 tablespoon of chopped red onion 1 tablespoon of sugar 1/4 teaspoon of caraway seed 1/4 teaspoon of salt a dash of pepper 2 tablespoons of oil and vinegar dressing crisp salad greens
Toss all of the ingredients except the salad greens in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes. Drain. Serve on salad greens. Makes 2 servings |
