Cheese Salad

2 pounds of cottage cheese
1 large container of cool whip
1 large package or orange pineapple or orange Jell-O
1 can of pineapple tidbits
2 cans of mandarin oranges

Blend together the cottage cheese and cool whip. Add Jell-O. Drain the pineapples tidbits and mandarin oranges and fold into other ingredients. Chill overnight.   

Cheese Salad 2

1 package of lemon Jell-O
1 cup of hot water
1 can crushed pineapple
3/4 cup of walnuts
2 packages of Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 cup of celery
1/2 pint of  whipped cream
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla

Mix Jell-O with hot water and pineapple juice left from can. Chill until it sets and then whip and add ingredients. Cut cheese in small pieces and fold in whip cream. Serve with nut bread.

Cheese Salad 3

1 can of crushed pineapple
1/2 cup of sugar
1 box lemon Jell-O (3 oz.)
1/4 cup of  lemon juice
1 cup of cold water
1/2 pound of grated cheese (Cheddar)
1 cup of chopped nuts
One 8 ounce carton of Cool Whip
9" square pan

Cook until boiling pineapple and sugar. Add Jell-O, lemon juice and water. Chill until partially set. Fold in cheese, nuts, Cool Whip. Chill.
