Salad Recipes

 

Cranberry Orange Molds

2 cups of fresh cranberries
2 small oranges
1 cup of honey
2 tablespoons of gelatin
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 cup of boiling water
lettuce 




Wash and dry the cranberries and peel the oranges. Put uncooked cranberries and 1 orange peel through a food chopped, dice the orange pulp and add with the honey. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water and cool. Combine with lemon juice and the cranberry orange mixture, pour into molds and chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce and serve.
