Apple Horseradish Dressing
¼ cup of water
¼ cup of frozen apple juice concentrate
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons of finely shredded apple
2 tablespoons of cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of prepared horseradish
¼ teaspoon of salt
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions
Mix all ingredients with fork or wire whisk.
Servings: ¾ cup dressing
