Fruit Salad Dressing 2

1/4 cup of pineapple juice
1/4  cup of orange juice
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
3 tablespoons of cold water
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 egg, well beaten
1/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of whipped cream




Combine the juices, water and cornstarch and cook in double broiler for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Beat eggs until light, add sugar and then add to juice mixture. Just before serving mix with whipped cream.
