Horseradish Dressing:
Make a boiled dressing as follow. Mix together 1 teaspoon of dry mustard, 2 teaspoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, a few grains of cayenne pepper and 3/4 teaspoon of salt. Combine 3 egg yolks, slightly beaten, and 1/4 cup of milk. Blend with dry ingredients. Place over boiling water, add 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine, and while stirring constantly, add 1/2 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of vinegar alternately. Cook until thickened and then chill.  To 1 cup of boiled dressing, add1 cup of sour cream, 4 teaspoons of prepared horseradish, a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons of sugar.
Sunflower Nut Dressing - In a blender or food processor bowl blend or process 1/4 cup of sunflower nuts to a very fine powder. Add one 8 ounce carton of plain yogurt or dairy sour cream, 2 tablespoons of milk. 1/8 teaspoon of pepper. Blend or process until smooth. Cover and store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks. If necessary, stir in additional milk to make desired consistency. Makes 1 cup
