Low Calorie Creamy Dressing
1/2 cup of skim milk 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil 1 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese (12 ounce) 1 small onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/2 teaspoon of salt 1/4 teaspoon of pepper 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
Place all ingredients in blender container in order listed above. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth, about 1 minute. Cover and refrigerate. Makes 2 cups of dressing
