Low Calorie Salad Dressing
1/2 cup of cottage cheese 1/2 cup of low fat milk 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of paprika 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1 sliver garlic 1/2 green pepper, cut into strips 4 radishes 2 green onions, coarsely cut
Place all ingredients into blender container. Cover, blend on high speed for 10 seconds or until vegetables are finely chopped. Refrigerate dressing for proper storage. Makes 1 1/2 cups. |
