Parmesan Pepper Dressing
1/2 cup of low fat mayonnaise 1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese 1/3 cup of low fat buttermilk 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 2 teaspoons of sugar 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper
In a blender or food processor, combine the mayonnaise, cottage cheese, buttermilk, Parmesan, lemon juice, sugar, garlic, and pepper. Process until smooth. Makes 1 3/4 cups |
