Tangy Louis Dressing
2 cups of mayonnaise 1 1/2 cups of chili sauce 1/3 cup of minced celery 1/3 cup of minced sour pickles 2 tablespoons of lemon juice 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon of prepared horseradish
Combine all ingredients, stirring well, chill. Store covered, in refrigerator. Serve over seafood, ham or salad greens. This recipe may be halved very successfully for small quantity.
