| Fabulous Roquefort Dressing
one 3 ounce package of Roquefort cheese
2 cups of mayonnaise
3 teaspoons of chives or green onion, finely chopped
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
1 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of buttermilk |

Blend all ingredients mixing in sour cream and buttermilk last. Chill. If dressing is too thick, thin with additional buttermilk at serving time. We use this recipe as a dip with corn chips and potato chips, as well as salad dressing. Makes 1 quart |
