| Grapefruit Sherry Ring Mold
2 1/2 tablespoons of gelatin 1 cup of sugar 2 cups plus 6 tablespoons of fresh grapefruit juice 3 tablespoons of lemon juice 2 grapefruit 2 avocados 1/2 cup of cold water 1/2 cup of hot water 1/2 cup of sherry 1/4 teaspoon of salt 2 oranges |

Dissolve gelatin in cold water. Heat sugar and 1/2 cup of water until dissolved. Cool and add other liquids and salt. Place sections of grapefruit, orange and avocado slices in ring mold. Pour gelatin mixture over, and set in refrigerator to jell. Unmold on platter. Put cream Cheese Balls in center. Serve with Tomato French Dressing. Tomato French Dressing 1 cup of tomato soup 1/2 cup of vinegar 3 teaspoons of vinegar 3 teaspoons of paprika 1/2 cup of sugar 1 1/4 cup of salad oil 3 teaspoons of salt 3 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce 1 small grated onion
Mix well with beater or blender.
Cream Cheese Balls: Moisten 8 ounce package of cream cheese with heavy cream, season lightly with salt. Roll into small bowls; roll balls in finely chopped nuts. Place in center of ring of salad.
