Green Salad Toss

4 cups of torn lettuce
2 cups of torn curly endive
1/2 medium green pepper, sliced
2 cups of cauliflower florets
1/3 cup of olive or salad oil
3 tablespoons of vinegar
A dash of garlic powder
A dash of salt
Freshly ground black pepper



In a salad bowl, combine lettuce, endive, green pepper and cauliflower. For dressing, in a screw top jar, combine oil, vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; shake thoroughly. Pour dressing over salad; toss lightly. Makes 6 servings.
