Harvest Carrot Salad

3 cups of shredded carrots
One 17 ounce can of apricot halves, drained and chopped
1/2 cup of sliced celery
2/3 cup of raisins
1/4 cup of chopped walnuts, toasted
1/2 cup of salad dressing or mayonnaise

Combine all of the ingredients, tossing well. Cover and refrigerate before serving. Serves 6 - 8

Harvest Carrot Salad 2

3 cups of shredded carrots
17 ounce can of apricot halves, drained, chopped
2/3 cup of raisins
1/2 cup of celery slices
1/4 cup of  coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 cup of Miracle Whip salad dressing

Combine carrots, apricots, raisins, celery, walnuts and salad dressing; mix lightly. Chill. 8 to 10 servings.
