Pineapple Marshmallow Salad
one 20 ounce can of crushed pineapples, drain & save juice 3/4 bag of mini marshmallows
Mix the above ingredients. Sauce:
2 egg yolks 1 teaspoon of sugar a pinch of salt 1/4 cup of pineapple juice
Cook until thick then cool.
Now mix the sauce and pre- mixture, then fold lightly with 1 pint of Cool Whip and fill an 8" square pan with mixture. Refrigerate for several hours before serving
